Thank you for your posts. We just received un update on this matter:
We are aware of the error and are working on a solution. This will be integrated into a new version at a later date.
You have the following options to buy the ticket via the SBB Mobile App:
1) Select a connection in the timetable and click on “Price/Purchase”.
2) Enter the starting point and destination in the “Tickets” tab without a comma.
