If you buy your tickets as a guest without login, the tickets are never shown under “my tickets” on our website. They are only sent per email.
If you did not receive them, it means the purchase was not successful and the transaction did not go through. The amount was only reserved on your credit card, and it will be released.
Another possibility is of course that the email address had a typo, and the mail with the tickets could not be delivered.
