Reimbursing Physical Day Cards

Hi.

I have one physical day card carnet (6-day pack). It has been used only one time (out of the six tickets).

I went to Balexert ticket station and the staff there said my ticket is too old to be reimbursed. Expiry date is in November this year. Can you advise me what can I do?

A 6-Day Pass ticket can only be refunded in following cases:

Purchase od a GA
Purchase of a 6-Day Pass for the 1st class intesad of the 2nd
Death
Unability to travel (with medical certificate)

Hi. Good morning.

Thank you for your kind reply. I have been reimbursed.

It was not a GA, just a six-day multi-pack for Half-Fare card
It was a pack of 2nd class tickets
I did not have to invoke death in the family clause
Fear of getting infected by the virus was sufficient to get reimbursed (no medical certificate was required)
The person on the 0800 number was very kind and helpful and asked me to just go to the station in Cornavin to get reimbursed
