Stuck refund

Few weeks ago I’ve submitted refund requests for orders 554035607 and 553669840.

Refund for order 553669840 arrived within a few days (with 10 CHF deduction), but refund for order554035607 seems to be stuck.

Please confirm that both refund requests are received and when I should expect them to be processed?

SandraI Already did that a few weeks ago, but only received a refund for Outbound journey. Return journey refund has stuck somewhere.
