Ticket purchase Fail

Hello, when I try to purchase a ticket it continually says “an error occurred while processing your query”.

This happened yesterday and I thought I would try again today with no luck. The tickets are super saver and the ticket price has already increased so I am eager to get this resolved quickly.

I have checked the expiry data of my card and this is not the problem.

We regret the problems that you are having in using our Ticket Shop. We require the following additional information in order to analyse your problem (please forward as much details as possible):

- Schedule and date of the outward an return journey:
- Number of passengers and their reduction cards
- Journey in 2nd or 1st class
- Detailed problem report (including screenshot if possible):
- Time of the incident (date/time):
- Give us a description of the problem (Which clicks did you make):
- What operating system is running on your computer/Mac? for example Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.11
- Which web browser are you using? for example Internet Explorer 11
