I just purchased a ticket from interlaken to milano by my visacard
and I got the message about that my visacard was charged.
But I didn’t get e-mail about order confirmation of my journey and it turns out that my jounery is out of time
and SBB app didnt show any order exist
Please let me know how can i get my ticket properly.
or If there were some errors during my purchasing steps, Please refund this.
