Ticket purchased and credit card charged. Didnt receive ticket

I just purchased a ticket from interlaken to milano by my visacard

and I got the message about that my visacard was charged.

But I didn’t get e-mail about order confirmation of my journey and it turns out that my jounery is out of time

and SBB app didnt show any order exist

Please let me know how can i get my ticket properly.

or If there were some errors during my purchasing steps, Please refund this.

I kindly ask you to check your spam folder first. If you still can not find a confirmation e-mail, there are two possibilities:

If you have placed an order by logging-in under http://sbb-tickets.cc/en/meta/login.html you will find the ticket on the right side under “My account” and “My orders”. If you don’t find anything, the order did not take place and we subsequently won’t charge your credit card.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to contact us by e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please also submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card.
