Half Fare Travelcard double purchase

Hello,

I have a Half Fare Travelcard active on my account, and when i received the renewal notification i promptly lost it. I then went to the SBB website and purchased the Half Fare Travelcard again from there, but instead of renewing my old travelcard it attached a new Half Fare Travelcard to my account and now i have 2 (?!). I have received a new renewal notification for the first one, so now i have 2, which i do not want or need. How can i cancel the new Travelcard and pay with it the old one?

Thank you for your request.

When you pay for a Half-Fare travelcard online on sbb.ch, you order a new Half-Fare travelcard. Invoices from existing contracts such as the one you already had cannot be paid on sbb.ch.

Or you can also find your invoices at sbb-tickets.cc/de/angebote/swisspass-karte when you log in.

If you lose an invoice, you can request a new one by phone or contact form: Overview | SBB help & contact
You can pay the bill later either by post, e-banking, bank, at an SBB counter or by calling us.

or visit the SBB of your choice or use the contact form to request the cancellation of the double purchase.
