RChucka I ordered a ticket that is “ready to be picked up at any SBB sales point.” What will I need to pick up the ticket? I have the receipt for my payment, but it seems like I should have something more.
FatimaH Hello RChucka Thank you for your query. If you receive this message you have bought tickets which cannot be printed online. You need to print the tickets with the order number at an SBB ticket counter. Greetings, FatimaH
