incorrect english name

In 2019, in 02.03, I booked a train from Basel to Interlaken.
But I entered one of the wrong English names.
I entered heeon as hyun.
What should I do?

The name on the ticket must correspond to the name on the passport. I think it is better to cancel the ticket and make another one with the right data.

I’m a German student currently planning a trip to Lucerne. But I have just noticed my surname was misspelled because of the auto-correct on my phone. It should be Bucher, not Butcher. There should not be any “t” in the middle. Can I cancel a supersave ticket ticket?

As long as it is only a typing error you can still travel with the according ticket, since you also have to show proof of identity at ticket inspection.
