Hi,
I had booked train ticket via mobile app from Basel SBB to Lugano dated 12-10-2018, for train time - 19:04.
But my connecting train (from frankfurt) got delayed almost by 2 hours and i couldnt board the train from Basel SBB. There was quite a lot of railway interreptions that evening.
I had to stay overnight and travel the next morning to Lugano, as the last train to Lugano has also departed for the day.
Would you please let me know if the ticket fare can be refunded?
