Hi,
Yesterday, I was able to book two different tickets from Basel to Grindelwald. Right after 5 minutes I was not able to book any further ticket via mobile app or online. I got the below mentioned error. There is no problem with the card as I used it to book two tickets with it.
SBB mobile app error code TIF-3014 (ID: D/ntgBQ)
Please guide me what I could do to resolve this.
