Betreff: Billettkauf über App oder Internet

Hi,

Yesterday, I was able to book two different tickets from Basel to Grindelwald. Right after 5 minutes I was not able to book any further ticket via mobile app or online. I got the below mentioned error. There is no problem with the card as I used it to book two tickets with it.

SBB mobile app error code TIF-3014 (ID: D/ntgBQ)

Please guide me what I could do to resolve this.

The offer “Supersaver Ticket Switzerland” is only available online. If the SBB Ticket Shop is out of order, for technical reasons, it isn’t possible to buy this offer.
