Can I change the way of payment from USD currency toCHF currency?

Hi there,

I have purchased the ticket from Spiez to Milano cetrale on the date of June. 29. 2018 through online today.

The order number is 124646725.

I paid for it by US dollar by mistake which resulted in more expensive payment than by the CHF currency.

May I get a chance to cancel the exisitng payment and repay for it by CHF currency?

Please advise me.

Unfortunately, I can’t find an order with this number. Can you give me another reference number (booking number) of your ticket?
Where did you buy this ticket? If you wish to exchange your ticket, you will have to pay an additional cancellation fee.

There are also non-refundable non-exchangeable tickets (for example Supersaver Ticket).
