Hello! I am an expat living in Switzerland. My parents (not Swiss and not Swiss residents) visit us regularly along the year since we have a baby (about every 2 months for 2 weeks). Can they also get a yearly half fare card like us, Swiss residents? Or is the monthly half fare card only option for visitors? Thanks!
