Actually I made reservation for rountrip Basel-Interaken for 2 person but I got heard my flight trip toward ‘basel’ had been forced to be cancelled by ‘easyjet’ due to nation strike.Thus I cannot make its rail from ‘basel’ to ‘interaken’.(but still trying to keep using from ‘interaken’ to ‘basel’ with another transporation method).
But I just cannot find the cancellation or refund service at your website so can you help me to know how to get cancelled and refunded my one way trip for 2 person as below?
I know it would be possibly complicated but expect you also understand my situation that cannot be used your service due to force majeur.
Reminde I’d like to cancel and refund only for ticket ID “195163149708 & 279934840259” and other 2 reservation are preferred to keep use.
