Train being canceled

Me and a friend bought two tickets for Bern and the train route is Geneva - Lausanne - Bern and leaves Geneva at 15:19 on 8th April 2018. We saw that the trains passing Lausanne are being canceled. What should we do? Can we catch the previous one without having to buy other tickets?

Thank you for your fast reply.

Since it is our first journey with Sbb we wanted to ask if we can catch an earlier train, for example, a direct one and not from the train station, but from the Airport? We are curious because our tickets indicate that we can use them from 08.04.2018 to 09.04.2018 and there are no arrival or departure times. It just says Geneva - Bern via Lausanne.
