Hi,
I had placed an order Online for a 1st class ticket from Milan to Zurich (return ticket) for the 20th Feb. Due to new company travel restrictions I have been asked to cancel my trip (including hotel, etc).
I understand that the will be some cancellation fees. But I do not see how to do the cancellation. I could see a request form that does not even seem to contemplate the cancellation for these reasons. However, the ticket conditions are clear. As the ticket is bough online I was hoping there would be an online method to deal with this request, but the Shop does not seem to support cancellations.
What is the right way to proceed?
