there was an error in the middle of paying for the ticket.
My card provider said it was charged but I didn’t get the ticket from you.
I’ve tried to contact with the SBB Ticket Shop ticketshop@sbb.ch.
but I couldn’t get the answer.
please let me know how things are going.
and I don’t have enogh time to wait…
* I attached my payment authorization statement (provided by my card provider)
