I just paid one ticket which is from ‘Interlaken ost’ to ‘basel’ on 03/10/17 by Mobile SBB
But some kind of problem has arised that i cannot find my ticket, despite of payment approval
I wonder if i can get a refund or If this debit has not confirmed at your company, i want you to cancle it.
I want to know customer service email in case of informing my credit card number.
