I and my three companions were scheduled to take a train departing from Lyon Station in Paris at 7:22 today and arriving at Basel SBB Station. To this end, while traveling by Uber, I suddenly had a flat tire and was unable to board the train due to a delay of about 40 minutes from the scheduled time. We didn’t expect this to happen, and we couldn’t cancel the tickets that we had previously paid 49 euros each. Also, I had to pay 137 euros each to buy a new ticket.
