about refund

i bought sbb ticket from basel to interlacken ost

but my place is interlacken west.

as soon sa check my mistake, i requested refund.(reservation after 3min)

and i got a mail that i succesed my refund request

but i didn’t get refund until now.

i wonder when can i get a refund?

The refund payment can take multiple days.

Frankly, it would not have been worth the hassle going through the refund process. The ticket cost is the same; holding a ticket to Interlaken Ost, you could have just got off the train in Interlaken West.
