Question about refund

I bought four 7.19-7.22/2023 Friends Day Pass for Youth. However, my plans have changed, so I applied for a refund. During the refund process, it indicated that the refund would be automatically transferred to the bank card I used for the purchase. But later, I discovered that the bank card receiving the refund is not mine at all! I also cannot find your email! Could you please explain what is going on?
