Why my half fare card doesn't work?

Recently I bought one trial half fare card, and I went to Lottestetten from Zurich HB by S9, but when I purchased the ticket, it doesn’t make any change to the ticket price, it’s still 8.4 Fr.

Go to the Profile tab and hit the Disconnect Swiss Pass Mobile button at the bottom of the tab.

Then go to the QR Code tab and hit the Connect SwissPass Mobile button. It should work now.

If not, do a dummy ticket booking and hit the Pen icon above the ticket offers. Set the check mark next to the Half Fare Card option.
