yearly pass refund possible or not

I have purchased a monthly pass and am using it. It is inconvenient to buy every month, so I would like to buy a one-year pass for 400 chf.

If I buy a yearly pass and suddenly leave Geneva next year, can I request a refund? I wonder if it will be possible to calculate until the day of use, and refund the remaining amount. I’ll wait for your answer.

Yes, you can request a refund for unused days if you buy a one-year travelcard. Depending on the days used, a refund percentage to which you are entitled will be applied.

Please note that transferable travelcard (“abonnement transmissible”) and travelcard purchased with a discount or subsidy are not refundable.
