To whom may concern , I bought 2 Swiss card ticket on 09/10 for traveling today 10/31 to 11/9. Unfortunately just realized, I made a mistake when I was making the booking “09/10-10/24”!!
I went to customer service today , they asked me to contact with you for a refund ! Because they can’t do it for me while I bought this online , in addition , i have travel ticket to support me it’s an evidence to prove I just landing to CVG today ! Please kindly help and advise for the refund !!
