When you purchase a subscription, a SwissPass card is automatically ordered. After approx. 10 days the card will be sent by post. A transitional card can be printed at the counter. Alternatively, the SwissPass can be activated in the SBB Mobile App with SwissPass Login.
The subscription is valid on the route for which you purchased it. Otherwise, you can obtain information about the purchased subscription at the ticket counter or by calling our Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (0.08/min).
