Your booking attempt was not successful. With your data (first name, name, e-mail address) we have not found any order.
You have received neither an order number nor a confirmation e-mail from the SBB. Therefore your account was not charged.
Authorizations are not definitive debits, although they are displayed on the bank account. The authorizations are automatically released again. This can take between 7 and 14 days. Once the amount has been released, it will no longer be visible on your bank statement. For this reason, we recommend that you always wait for the final bank statement.
We recommend the following possibilities:
place a new booking online using a different PC/web browser
place a new booking online using another mean of payment
for journeys within Switzerland: purchase the ticket using our app SBB Mobile for your smartphone (sbb.ch/en/mobile)

purchase the tickets at a SBB railway station in Switzerland
