Return trip change

Hello, I’ve booked a 2-way ticket from Milan Centrale to Lausanne, and back.
The trip will be next week.
I may need to change the return trip only, returning 1 day before expected. How can I do it?

Please kindly note, international tickets cannot be changed but cancelled and reissued. As far as I know,if you want to alter the ticket partially, this only works if you cancel the entire trip.

Provided you bought it with SBB CFF FFS, please get in touch with the SBB Contact Center by phone (+41 51 225 78 56 / 24/7, waiting times may occur), or pass by an SBB Travel Center.

RolandP Thank you! I’m trying to contact the SBB contact center. I’ll try to understand if my whole trip can be refund or not then. In my refund page I see the following, but it’s not clear to me if this is a limitation of the system or an actual non-refundable trip.

I hope you managed to get in touch with the SBB Contact Center in the meantime.

Just for information: the screenshot you posted refers to Supersaver tickets or Passes for travel within Switzerland, not outside. Generally, refund and exchange conditions for international journeys are indicated on the ticket itself (also because there are different ticket types and conditions in the various countries).
