No. Apart from SBB services (money exchange, lost item handling, etc.) and unlimited rides on public transport services, the GA Travel Card does not offer any extra benefits, such as free admission to museums.
The Museum Pass is only included in the Swiss Travel Pass, which is, however, not available for Swiss residents.
