Add tickets purchased before I set up an account to my account

I am from the UK and purchased tickets for a trip in Jan 24. I then set up an account and thought I could link the tickets already purchased to the account. Is there anyway to do this as the orders show no purchases?

Tickets purchased without a login cannot be linked retrospectively.

Hello Paul C

It is absolutely fine to present the tickets as PDF on your smartphone. There is no need to add them to the SBB Mobile app.

Please kindly note, e-tickets are only valid if they are presented with a physically available passport or the official national ID card, or a driving licence.
