Wrong birthdate on Saver Day Pass

Yesterday, I purchased six Saver Day Passes on SBB.ch for my family travelling in late January. When I looked at the tickets, it showed the same birthdate for my wife as my daughter. I need to correct the birthdate for my daughter. How can I fix the birthdate?

My daughter is 8 years old but I was charged full price because the website used the birthdate for my wife instead. If I can have the correct birthdate reflected, will the price be corrected as well?

You can contact the SBB Travel Center after arrival to rectify the date of birth error.

It’s very unfortunate that you bought a Saver Day Pass for a child. Buying a Saver Day Pass for a child is a waste of money; for children you could buy either a Children Day Pass (CHF 19) or even the Junior Card (CHF 30 for 1 year).

Thank you Roland! I agree with you. The website recommended the Saver Day Pass, probably because of the incorrect birthdate. I ticket-buying process was very confusing and frustrating. If I purchase a Children Day Pass now (for the same child with correct birthdate), do you think I could get a refund on the Saver Day Pass I accidently purchased?
