How do I move Half Fare subscription to a different account?

I have 2 SBB app accounts, created with 2 different emails.
One of these accounts has a valid Swiss Pass and the other has a Half Fare subscription, purchased by my employer.
Can I move one of the two to the other accounts, in order to have everything together?
