No matter the ticket type or travel card, your bicycle needs a separate ticket unless it is a fully foldable bicycle, or you pack it into a TranzBag. In both cases the bicycle is transported for free.

For IC trains, you need a reservation for the bicycle transport. It is also described in the link that I provided above.
