Help! Why can't I reserve tickets?

I keep encountering this error when Im trying to book and reserve 4 train tickets from Buchs SG to Salzburg on 23 Dec. I’ve entered the travellers’ details but when I submit, it kept saying “An error occurred while processing the enquiry”. Does this mean the train is full?

Unfortunately the error messages of ticketshop SBB.CH don’t tell us how we could fix a problem. I suggest you to buy tickets from Buchs to Salzburg at Ticketshop of Austrian Railways ÖBB,
Oebbticket.at.

Please note: For Nightjets Buchs or Feldkirch to Salzburg couchettes and sleeping car are sold out 23rd of december 2023.
