The possibility of storing 80cmX65cmX80cm a box for a month

I checked the SBB website, it says I can store larger luggage 80cmx 65cm x 80cm in SBB and it costs CHF120 for a month. But when I call the center to make sure if it’s possible, they say NO!
Does anyone here have any experience in storing a big luggage in SBB near the Zurich airport here, and could you kindly share the experience? !

Bulky baggage that does not fit into a locker can be deposited at the baggage counter of a train station, in your case Zurich Airport train station. I am sorry that you have received contradictory information.
Allow enough time when you are at the airport to drop off your luggage!
