In the meantime, only people showing the letter are eligible to benefit from this special rule. And the letter was only sent to people residing in the canton of Ticino.
However, I started a change request at SBB in order to also include people from the Grigioni italiano. In my opinion, there is no reason to exclude this customer base.
Let’s see what we can achieve…
