I went on the sbb website and put in all the required info, and ended up buying the recommended Saver Day passes for my family of 5 for 2 days. However, when I checked again, it looks like I should have actually bought 3 Saver Day Passes and 2 Day Passes Children for one day, and then 3 SuperSaver Tickets and 2 Day Passes Children for the next day. I’m not sure why sbb would have recommended one thing the first time and another the second time, especially between the Day Pass Children and the Saver Day Pass Child. The difference is CHF 79. I don’t see any way to get this refunded now. Am I missing something? I’m frustrated I was misled the first time.
