Hi, I have an urgent need re: automatic renewal of annual half fare. SBB account was closed in August and no emails came as reminders for one of us and went unseen into spam by another. We don’t live in Switzerland, but post was sent unopened until yesterday to a Swiss address. Now we were surprised to find renewal notices, invoice and penalty all stacked up without our knowledge. We live abroad and numbers to the SBB call centre are barred from my phone. The live chat link doesn’t work. That is why I have had to write openly on a public forum. Please respond asap with a private means of contacting SBB customer service to sort this out. Thank you.
