Incorrect Birthday shown on Swiss Travel Pass

Hello, I recently purchased two 15 day Swiss Travel Passes. One for myself and one for my wife. I discovered that her Birthday is not correct on her travel Pass. My travel Pass is fine. The Passes aren’t valid until the end of June. What steps do I take to have the birthday corrected on her Travel Pass?

Did you mix up the date and month by any chance? Or is it completely different?

You could cancel the Swiss Travel Pass and purchase it again.

I suspect a Numerical keypad error. The birth year and day will not match the passport. If cancelling the ticket is the answer, I wonder what number I should call, or what web page should I visit to cancel. Since I purchased both our tickets together, I’m wondering if both will have to be cancelled or only the one with the error.

No, you do not need to cancel both, just the one containing the erroneous date of birth.
