Hi, I had already call the support number and my bank, and I would like to know if someone in this community ever had the issue of the refund. Basically, I have only one card that is a Mastercard under my name and I paid 2 tickets using this card ( I have proof on my bank account). Then, since I didn’t use the tickets I requested a refund and basically what happened was that SBB made the refund on another card and then is continue to tell me that that one was the card from which I paid for ( even if my card doesn’t end with that numbers that they have ). Have you ever expirence that? Do you know if it exist an emil to contact for this cases? Thanks in advance!
