With the Saver Day Pass is the public transport included in city like Geneve, Basel, Bern and Lucern or do we have to buy seperate public transport tickets?

Also with saver day pass is boat rides on lake Geneve included?

Yes, the Saver Day Pass is valid for city transportation as well.
