Quiero desactivarlo y volver a activar otro día, pero no me deja.

We do not provide support in Spanish. You cannot deactivate retrospectively a day that you did not use. You can only deactivate it again BEFORE the validity, not after. There is no proof that you have not used it. Unfortunately, this day is lost.

Tengo mis Swiss Travel pass del 3 al 5 de Mayo por itinerario me gustaría cambiarlo del 4 al 6 de Mayo, ¿cómo puedo hacerlo?

We do not speak Spanish. You have to use one of the national Swiss languages or English.

If you purchased the Swiss Travel Passes from SBB, you have to call SBB: +41 51 228 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur). You have to cancel the passes and repurchase.

Please note, passes are not refunded retrospectively.
