GA deposit.

Hello. I have suspended my GA card from 06.02.-13.02.2024. However i need to travel on 13th.
Do i need to buy a separate ticket that day? or its possible somehow to cancel suspension and to use already GA on 13 February. In app, even if i choose a ticket, its not given me an option to purchase it.

You can simply reactivate it by modifying the deposit date in your swisspass.ch account. Or call the SBB Contact Center, they can reactivate it instantly: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08 / min, waiting times may occur).

Hi Roland, I have the same problem, but unfortunately I don’t see the modify deposit date option. I would prefer to do it myself rather than make this paid call, you know what I mean. Do you know by chance why they removed this option?
