The problem is that I don’t have a travel id number as I was charged on the train. If I try to fill out the form it requires a ticket number which k don’t have. Any other solution ?

Your ticket allows you to take any connection from Grindelwald to Interlaken Ost between this travel window: Sun, 21.04.2024 00:00 through Mon, 22.04.2024 05:00.

It is a so-called flexible ticket which allows 1 travel during its validity period.
