RolandP Hello Pueckoawaick49 No. A ticket never does not guarantee a seat. Our trains are mass transit: hop on and find a free seat. But, a seat reservation is rarely needed, especially in 1st class. No Swiss would ever reserve a seat, except for Panorama Trains (PE).
