How could I ask for refund a "Seat reservation" booked on SBB App

Hi all, how could I ask for the refund of Seat reservation due to the cancellation of my train. This was not possible to click in SBB App (less than 5 CHF).
Bye the way, I’ve already left Swissland bzw. could not reach the SBB office/desk.
