The above is my order number for the train and have two questions.
1/ I was not able to go to Paris from Zug as in the ticket it did not say that I needed to switch the trains at zurich and ended up going directly to Luzern. So i had to come back to Zug and book another train for this morning. Can I get a refund for this?
2/ I would like to get a refund for the return train tomorrow and book one that goes directly to Zurich and then zug. If exchange is possible that would be great but if difficult i would just get a refund and get a new ticket. Can you please let me know how to proceed? I have been calling you three times and have waited for 10min and you have not answered the calls.
It would be great if this could be urgently addressed so I can plan the next trip.
