Nightjet tickets, Zurich to Amsterdam, with bike reservation

I am trying to book tickets for the Nightjet service from Zurich to Amsterdam for a family of four at the end of August. We will have 4 bikes with us but I can’t work out how to make the bike reservations. Also, even if I try to book tickets without the bikes, I get an error message telling me that ‘An error occurred while processing the enquiry.’ Please can you help?

Thanks Christoph. The information on that web page still does not allow me to buy tickets for a couchette and add bike reservations at the same time. How do I do that?

Other Travellers with bikes told us, that it is not possible to book bicycle online. Please see information of ÖBB in Ticketshop Nightjet.com. It seems that booking of bikes only in SBB-Travelcenter or NS-Travelcenter.

NJ 402 / NJ 403 Zurich - Amsterdam (13 bicycle spaces bookable in IC 60402 / IC 60403, Bookable at an SBB or NS ticket counter)

I hope you will find a solution, and please tell us as in SBB Community when booking for bicycle was ok.
