1) Are you talking about the museum admission ticket or the ticket for the journey?
2) The Matterhorn Glacier cannot be booked online with the Swiss Travel Pass, only offline and on-site at the base station in Zermatt. The online purchase only works with the SwissPass, a resident product. Yet, you are using the Swiss Travel Pass, you should not confuse the two.
→ I strongly advise you not to purchase mountain excursion tickets in advance, we, the Swiss, never do that. You do not know yet the weather situation for the day of travel and might spend money on a trip while the cable car has to stop operation due to strong winds Or, the bad weather is not permitting any views. This advice applies to question 3 &4 as well.
3) You need an extra ticket from either Grindelwald or Wengen to the Jungfraujoch. Again, book these tickets on-site in Grindelwald one day before the journey or on the day of travel.
4) You need an extra ticket from Kriens to Pilatus Kulm. Purchase that ticket at the Pilatus cable care base station or at the SBB travel centre in the station of Lucerne, indicating that you have the STP. The staff will know what to sell. Again, book this ticket on-site.
