From 2020-2023 I was living in Ticino and studying here. This year I had to move to Lausanne to continue my studies but I still have to come back frequently to Ticino for university related manner.
All my colleagues in Ticino have their 7/25 travelcard valid since 6PM until the tunnel is back in operation, and I did not receive the letter as I no longer have a valid address in Ticino.
This makes it hard to commute for me (at least once a week to Ticino and back) with 5 hour ride in each direction and arriving usually always 1AM in Lugano/Lausanne.
Is there a possibility to somehow request that I also benefit from this and start my rides as early as 6PM?
