Did you receive a purchase confirmation e-mail from SBB? Did you check in the SPAM folder as well? All purchases are confirmed with an e-mail. If you have not received it, then the purchase was not sucessful.
I suggest to you create an account: https://sbb-tickets.cc/de/angebote/swisspass-karte/register/2?lang=en
By doing so, you will see all tickets in the orders list on your account. And, when you log in using the SBB Mobile app, you will see the tickets on the app.
